Getting Started
How much does this cost?
Projects typically range from £3,000 for focused automation to £25,000+ for comprehensive analytics builds. We provide fixed quotes after the discovery call—no surprise invoices. For lower-risk entry, we offer Assessments (£500-1,500) that deliver a written evaluation of opportunities.
How long do projects take?
Most projects deliver working solutions in 2-4 weeks. Larger engagements may run 6-8 weeks. We aim for rapid time-to-value—you see results before the main investment.
Do I need to prepare anything before we start?
Not really. Access to your data and 30 minutes for a discovery call is enough to begin. We'll guide you through what's needed from there.
What if I don't have "good" data?
Most businesses don't. Part of our job is working with messy reality—fixing data quality issues is often the highest-ROI work we do.

Who do I work with?
You work directly with the founder, David J. McCann. No handoff to junior staff, no account manager layer.
What do we receive at the end?
Every project includes: working solution (code, dashboard, model), full documentation, recorded walkthrough, and a handover pack. Everything is version-controlled and yours to keep.
Can we maintain this ourselves afterwards?
Yes. We build solutions your team can maintain, with full documentation. We also offer ongoing support if preferred—you choose the level of involvement.
What if we need changes after delivery?
Minor refinements are included in the project. For ongoing development, we offer support packages or can scope additional work.
Security & Compliance
How do you handle our data?
We follow least-privilege access principles: we only access the data needed for the project, store it encrypted, and delete it after project completion unless you request otherwise. No offshore teams—all work stays in the UK.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We're happy to sign your NDA or provide our standard confidentiality agreement before any data access.
Are you GDPR compliant?
Yes. We process data in accordance with GDPR requirements and can support your compliance documentation.
Technology
What technologies do you use?
Primarily Python for automation and data science, with dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or custom web applications depending on your needs. We're technology-agnostic—we recommend what fits your situation.
Will this work with our existing systems?
Usually yes. We work with most common business systems (CRMs, ERPs, spreadsheets, databases). Part of our assessment is confirming integration feasibility.
Do we need to change our existing tools?
Rarely. We typically work with your existing data sources rather than requiring new systems.
